About Me

I’ve called Hilton Head Island home for over 20 years. My connection to this island goes back even further — my parents first brought me here in the early 1980s.

As an airline pilot, I’ve seen hundreds of cities around the world. But no place feels like home the way Hilton Head does.

I’m not a career politician. I’m a regular resident who wants to listen, protect what makes our island special, and help bring our community together.

Good government starts with listening. Every resident deserves to be heard, regardless of their viewpoint.

Public Safety

Keeping residents and visitors safe is a top priority. We need practical solutions that address real concerns without delay.

Bringing Our Community Together

Too often our local government divides us. We can do better by finding common ground and working together for what’s best for Hilton Head.

Property Rights

Residents and property owners deserve fair treatment and respect. Local decisions should protect the property rights of those who call Hilton Head home.

Supporting Local Businesses

A healthy local economy supports jobs, families, and the overall strength of our community. We should make it easier for local businesses to succeed.

Limited & Accountable Government

Local government should stay focused on solving real problems for residents — not grow larger or more complicated than necessary.

Protecting Island Character

Hilton Head’s natural beauty, neighborhoods, and unique feel are what make this island special. We must protect what makes it home.

Traffic & Infrastructure

Congestion continues to grow. We need realistic, common-sense solutions that improve traffic flow and mobility for the people who live here.

Responsible Growth & Development

Growth should enhance our community, not overwhelm it. Development decisions must respect our infrastructure, environment, and quality of life.
